This IIA was rescued from a Welsh hillside
recently by Pete, the chassis is rotten and it needs a full rebuild.
Work has started however and the vehicle is currently nearing
completion. A new chassis has been fitted. It was part of a fairly
large batch of Bronze Green 1-Tons delivered to Windmill & Lewis,
Bristol. The ownership history suggests the first owner was Bristol
Avon River Authority. It was a truck cab with 3/4 tilt when new and
will be returned to that specification.
