22900042G - IIA Breakdown Truck

Q501GJA (Now SVM144H)- This IIA has been purchased by Nick Kilvert and is now back on the road with a new chassis. Its a real treasure trove of a vehicle, being virtually untouched since it was new - It was only road registered in 1988, and has spent 10 years or so in a barn in Anglesey. It has been carefully restored keeping as many period details as possible. Nice details include local AA, RAC and Police telephone numbers on the dash as well as the sign writing and Mann Eggerton crane. The vehicle was delivered new to Rosenfields Manchester, a coachbuilder who apparently specialised in breakdown vehicle conversions.
