This vehicle
began life with Southern Electricity Board, and was originally
hydraulic winch equipped. The original registration took place in
Bournemouth, and there was an SEB depot there. It was subsequently used
as a breakdown truck. WRU454K and WRU456K were presumably "brothers" of
this one but are no longer on the road, presumably there were other
vehicles in the sequence too. The vehicle still has part of the linked
braking system used to provide air power to trailer brakes.
