South Wales Electricity Board

I know very little about South Wales Electricity Board at the current time. I have been sent this image however of two early 110s in use with SWALEC.

They appear to be a faily generic specification similar to EMEB, with a winch but only a basic ladder rack. Photo with thanks from Roy Lake.
